Make the most out of an in-person event.
Organizing a technology forum to connect the client with its customers in the post-covid era was recorded in the second half of 2022. But for the many events that happened, making your event memorable is something different.
People need to connect with others
which is why physical events are great opportunities to build relationships. However, attending an event and leaving the venue with the feeling "yes, that was really great" is different.
In the autumn of 2022
we have the privilege to organize the Dell Technologies Forum, as an in-person event, after 2 years of digital experience.
We knew it needed to be different.
That's why we worked with the recently renovated Athens Conservatoire, an emblematic Bauhaus building in Athens that opened its doors about a couple of weeks before the forum took place.
Coordinating an event with a venue under renovation is not an obvious task, as it requires:
- Careful event planning regarding rooms, expo space, and service areas while taking extra care for the covid restrictions.
- Solid connectivity plan including backup options considering networking and A/V needs.
- Pre-event communications with customers, partners, attendees, and guest speakers.
- Arrangements for the entertainment and serving all requirements of the event agenda.
- Creative works including decorations, branding, signage.
- Stuffing and coordination on D-day for handling every planned and many unplanned situations.
